ONE LOVe My Plan App helps you determine if a relationships is unsafe and it helps create the best action plan by weighing an individual's unique characteristics. Additionally, a friend or family member can use this app to assess the danger of a loved one.

Social/Emotional Resources

It is important that students are showing up to school everyday to learn, however there might be other obstacles students must overcome so they can be successful in school.

Please reach out to your school counselor if you have any questions about these resources.

Sometimes it's hard to talk about our problems with family and friends. There are trained crisis hotline specialists and volunteers ready to provide compassionate, non-judgmental help for anyone in need of emotional support.

Suicide Prevention Awareness Month - Join your school counselors, student organizations and the UNMH student based health clinic on September 8-10th during lunch in the Commons to receive resources and a ribbon to bring awareness to this important topic. Put these numbers in your phone in case you need it, or a family or friend.

  • Helping your child set a schedule for success

    Cómo ayudar a su hijo a establecer un horario para tener éxito

  • How often do you check your grades and emails  in StudentVUE/ParentVUE? How often do you check your APS gmail account? How often do you clean out your backpack? Make a schedule for these important tasks so you will receive emails/updates from AHS/APS.

    • Examples:
      - Every Sunday & Wednesday check you emails/accounts
      - Every Sunday clean out and sanitize your backpack and get organized for the week.

  • Do you use a planner?

  • Do you use your calendar on your phone to set important reminders about assignments?
